Time Well Wasted is an inviting retreat located in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Port Antigua on Lower Matecumbe Key.



A highlight of every stay is access to the private bayfront homeowners’ beach, which stretches along the bayside of the neighborhood and offers plenty of space to relax in the sun, wade in the clear water, or unwind beneath the tiki huts.



For those arriving with a skiff, the property offers dockage for boats up to 20 feet, providing quick access to Florida Bay and some of the Upper Keys’ best backcountry fishing grounds. The neighborhood also includes a private boat ramp for easy launching. Kayaks and paddleboards are available for guest use as well.



The home features three comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and private ensuite bath. Two guest bedrooms share a jack-and-jill-style bathroom, each with its own vanity and toilet and a shared shower. One guest room includes a queen bed, while the other offers two queens. Just off the main living area, an expansive porch provides a peaceful place to enjoy the outdoors.
