Who We Are
Solace Properties was founded as a boutique management company by design, intentionally focused on a select collection of homes that reflect the level of quality guests can expect from every Solace stay. By partnering with owners who share this standard, we’re able to provide attentive oversight, protect the integrity of each home, and support long-term performance across our portfolio.
Our team brings years of experience in property management and hospitality. As a locally owned and operated company in the Florida Keys, we provide consistent, hands-on oversight supported by trusted local vendors and industry-leading technology.
Getting Started
Our process begins with a property consultation to understand your goals and evaluate your home. From there, we guide you through a streamlined onboarding process, handling everything required to properly prepare your home for rental, including licensing, professional photography, and creating a well-positioned listing that showcases your property at its best.
Once your home is live, we manage all aspects of the rental process, from guest communication and bookings to tax collection, reporting, and ongoing compliance. Whether you prefer to be fully hands-off or stay involved, our approach ensures you remain informed and well supported.
