On the left side, there’s a downstairs ensuite with two queen beds and an upstairs king ensuite, which also includes a small adjoining room with a sleeper sofa. The right wing mirrors this layout with a king ensuite on both levels, along with a small office space just off the upstairs bedroom. Each wing also includes a half bath in the stairwell hallway for added convenience.



The bayside entry opens directly to the protected dock and beach, offering immediate access to the water and shoreline. A separate side entrance leads to a private patio, complete with outdoor seating and a grill.



As part of the estate, guests of the Dock View House enjoy shared access to the property’s resort-style amenities, including a heated pool and spa, private beach with hammocks and lounge chairs, a large protected boat basin and a small boat ramp. Kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes are available for guest use. Each home has private parking, porches and grills.
