Set along more than 300 feet of Florida Bay shoreline, the estate offers a rare blend of privacy, natural beauty, and access to the best of the Keys.
Originally built in the 1940s, this spacious four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home has been carefully updated to preserve its original charm while adding modern comforts. Large windows fill the home with natural light and frame open water views from nearly every room. At the center of the house is a double-sided fireplace (non-working), with a chef-style kitchen and dining room on one side and a large living room and sunlit solarium on the other.
The home’s layout features two mirrored wings, each designed to offer both space and privacy. On the left side, there’s a downstairs ensuite with two queen beds and an upstairs king ensuite, which also includes a small adjoining room with a sleeper sofa. The right wing mirrors this layout with a king ensuite on both levels, along with a small office space just off the upstairs bedroom. Each wing also includes a half bath in the stairwell hallway for added convenience.
