At Solace Properties, we believe the difference lies not only in the home itself, but in how it is experienced.
Our story is rooted in a connection to the Florida Keys that spans generations. Our founder’s great-grandfather called the Keys home, and her family has been tied to the islands ever since. She felt early on that the Keys offered something more than a vacation. However, it wasn't until she made the Upper Keys her permanent home that she gained a new perspective. Beyond the vibrant pulse of tourism she knew from childhood visits, she discovered a close-knit community, a distinct culture, and a pace of life deeply connected to the water.
Vacation rentals were never part of the long-term plan. She found her way into them unexpectedly and quickly embraced sharing this place with others. Helping homeowners care for their properties in a hands-on, consistent manner, while providing guests with a personal and thoughtful experience, naturally led to success—and felt like a natural extension of her own connection to the Keys.
That perspective became the foundation of Solace Properties.
Today, we intentionally manage a select collection of homes in the Upper Florida Keys. Our team focuses on steady oversight and genuine, long-term relationships with both homeowners and guests. We serve as the bridge between those who call this place home and those experiencing it for themselves.
